My first wash+blow @ work

I was trying my luck for not bringing an umbrella with me before i left the house two few days ago. I knew that the rain is coming soon, but the stubborn me just lazy to bring one.

Well, Mr. Heaven definitely knows his way to "reward" the lazy one, no matter how fast i walk to MRT ( merely 6 mins from my block), it started raining, from drizzling to sudden pouring heavy rain!!

No prize for gueessing how wet i am from top to toe!! argh!!

Although i became drier with the MRT journey and all the walk to office, but i still can't stand my hair that suffered from the rain. So i decided to try a quick wash + blow @ the nearby saloon. The benefit of working so near the central. Everything is just nearby. =)

Thanks to the skillful stylish, that gave me a very good massage that makes me nearly fell asleep in the middle of it, and a nice blow for my bob hair!!

For the price of $15, i walked out from the saloon feeling so refresh and GOOD!

I know there will be more chances to come! hiak hiak.

Yes, i m a girl!

It was a nice dating night with The Boy yesterday.

We went for his must-watch movie , Transformers - The revenge of the Fallen @ Cathay AMK. The response for this movie is too overwhelming that all the showtimes was nearly fully booked! Oh my!

A nice dinner + dessert before we proceed for the show. Dinner is normal, but dessert this time round, we tried the newly open dessert shop , Sweet Spring . The exterior is so nice that being a Oriental dessert lover, i just have to step in for a try!

Ordered the yam paste ( cheated for the tempting menu display), while The Boy had the Mango Sago Pamelo . Both tasted so so badly, that we never even finished them!

Back to the show, a 150mins show, full with robot and to me waste metal (臭铁)! Well, i admit i kinda adore Optimus Prime but i just so can't relate myself to the movie. But i m so proud that i never fell asleep halfway, in fact i finished watching the show! The couple beside us, gf already fell asleep from the initial part, hehe!

Try to remember..

it was merely 7 years and 2 months ago, our first date.

The same ol place, where we had our first dinner together ( or is it supper together? ) .

Time flies, 7 years after, we patroned again last weekend when we were back home, where the gang didn't come back. So only us, you and me.

Even the food that we ordered , remained the same.

As we ate and chatted, all the memories flowing back, be it sweet or bitter...most importantly all are memorable. Very.

And I could only say...

Thanks, thanks for loving me all these while.

Officialy broke!

After welaine got our dream loft, next step will be our bank loan.

Thanks to the agent who recommended a good mortage specialist, everything is settled on Friday night!

Interest is good, everything is according to our needs.

So from now onwards, we are officially....B . R . O . K . E .

The gem nearby

Thanks to the gf who introduced this good zi char stall nearby our house!

I brought piggyparents here the night before they left. Headed with the gf's recommendation, we ordered their speciality Nyonya steamed fish, which is really spicy and good! Totally give the taste bud a yummy kick.

On the table, also what they recommended, oyster egg, which we love it, but too full to finish it, their fried pig trotter, which is good, but too till great. Mum loves their chef-made tofu, so smooth and tasty with gingko nuts! The only disappointment will be the sambal kangkung where it is too salty.

Overall, i would say i gonna go back to tryout more! hehe! Truly a gem so near where we are staying!
